    WOW THIS IS YUMMY A LIL BOTTLED WATER WITH 5 LRG STRAWBERRIES AND 2 PACK OF FRENCH VANILLA STEVIA I FEEL LIKE IM CHEATING LOL
    THE 5 SRTAWBERRIS WERE LARGE BUT IT WAS FOR ME AND MY HUSBAND HE STARTED THE DIET WITH ME FOR SUPPORT AND NOW SAYS IM SRARVING HIM

    I use frozen type of berry but let them thaw in the fridge completley and I use 4 ice cubes, and I actually add a little water to make it bigger in quantity, lol and I use like7 strawberries, probably more then I'm supposed to : )
