I bought a big bag of radishes and after one meal with 5 radishes, I said I'd never do that again...ready to cut my stinging tongue out. But then I started craving them the next day and love to eat them now. Their "bite" isn't so bad anymore either.

I have never liked radishes they have always been too hot and stingy for me. I read these posts so I ventured out and tried them last night. I grilled them on my George Foreman grill with garlic, salt, pepper and a little mrs dash and as it was grilling you could smell it burning the sting out of them. When it was done I taste-tested a small one and what do you know - they were fantastic! I wanted to make another batch but I did restrain myself - :-)
Thanks all for another the wonderful idea/recipe!

I like to slice them really thin, and pretend that I am eating a bag of chips...lol
