    Yes, this is my first round. Today is actually 10x better than last week was. I've lost 8 pounds and about 7 inches so far. I'm trying to get ready for my wedding. :) Today is VLCD 9. I think I would have been down another 3 pounds if I hadn't cheated though. Guess I'll make up for it this week. I exercise quite a bit, have done for years. At least an hour of cardio/day with some weights here and there. I really don't want to back off at all! And I'm trying really hard not to increase at all. I'm not sure if I'm doing that part right or not.

    Congratulations - thats a great loss

    Theres no need to back off your exercise especially since you have been doing it before anyway. As. long as you dont start trying to build some significant muscle mass (causes temporary inflamation in tissue) you shouldnt see an increase as far as that goes

    Now, as far as the M & M's go...just think of them as little evil globs of fat just waiting to latch onto your thighs and cause you misery...LOL

    today i woke up and felt extremely light headed. i ate an apple and drank a lot of water and still felt light headed and weak and blacked out a little when i stood up and took a few steps. this is the 3rd day of the VLCD and i was just fine yesterday and the day before. so i ate some m&m's and chick fil a, i know really stupid but i felt so sick and i thought it'd help me feel better and it did but im dissapointed in myself. i lost 9 pounds since monday and today is wednesday so i know the diet is working i just don't know how long i can last without sugar and carbs.

    Sounds like you need to space out your meals some. Are you hungry at all? What is your dose?
