    Well I bet you don't get many from Montana, but here I am! I loaded Monday and Tuesday and am now on day 4... down 6.8 lbs... the days do get easier but it sure is so nice to read that others are going (suffering) right along with you! I do have a carb question about P3 - how many carbs per day, I know no sugar or starch, but carbs are in everything and if it is Atkins that is only 20 g per day...is that right for P3?

    Hi everyone. So, today was the first day of the 500 cal. diet. My husband and I are doing this together. Changing how we do our coffee was the hardest. However, we splurged and bought freshly roasted coffee and then just drank it black. The coffee was great but I missed my creamer! Uhggg.. We had juicy chx breast over butter leaf salad with greek seasoning and ohhh was that apple heaven. I have been eating so much lately that it is hard to just kick the habbit of snacking.     Hi,
    I just saw this thread, so thought I would join. I'm on R2, 3rd day of VLCD. I live in Plano, Tx. The first round I went to a clinic and paid a fortune, so this time I am doing the shots on my own. So far so good, down 6lbs.

    My first injection day. Had ice cream, cheese and a lot of butter with bread. I am stuffed. I think I will drink olive oil mixed with fruit juice in the evening.

    Oncemore, I can just speak for myself...I never counted my calories or carbs while in P3. Ate as much as I wanted but only when I was hungry. Did not touch starch and sugar though. I stablilized 2.4 lbs below my LIW. Maintained the weight throughout P4 eating all the starches and sugar.

    Lake and daisy, I am hoping I do as good as you gals are doing once my load days are over.

    Cleverbeagle, do let us know how you do tomorrow.

    thanks Archie I really appreciate your answer! What did you eat tho - cheese, eggs, meat, nuts, green beans - things like that, without many carbs? That's kinda what I have in mind, but also fruit...

    Oncemore- I am also from Montana, currently living in the NW part of the state.

    I started R2 in mid Feb. Since I will be going for the 40 days, I will still be in P2 in March so I thought I would join in!

    The injections have been making me quite ill for about 4 days now, which really baffles me, since the first round there were NO issues at all. I am wondering what the difference could be... stronger HCG maybe? Any ideas?

    I would think the hcg must be stronger, maybe try doing a smaller dose? Is that possible? I do the drops (no needles for this girl) so I could do 8 instead of 10 drops...hope you figure it out, that would be a real bummer to be sick for the whole time...I am also from the NW region of MT!

    Hi everyone!!!!
    I am 34 yr old new yorker, 1st timer. This is my day of load and I will be starting vlcd tomorrow on the 1st of March....super excited!!! I have gotten beyond ridiculious and I need all the support you guys are willing to give me. I am doing sublingual. I have been researching for a month (waiting for the hcg) and I am pretty confident I can do it, just want some support. I am not telling anyone in my personal life soo :/


    Anywhoo....I am 70-80 lbs over weight and if I can get at least 40 off in 2 rounds, my plan is to take it from there. Watching my carbs has always given me success before so I just need to get back on track. I was in the best shape of my life and i got pregnant again 2 yrs ago. My daughters bring me joy but I need to focus on getting myself back together again..I literally feel like humpty dumpty (unfortunately, I look like him 2!) I can't wait for tomorrow!!!!
