You are very welcome. It can be a little scary when you first start. Dont worry, it is simple, not always easy...lol.... but simple once you get the hang of it.

I have a feeling you will do very well with the mind set you have. Keep asking questions until you are as comfortable with the info as you want to be.

Also, if yu are buying individual supplies (not a kit) let me know if you need bac water. I ordered alot and am selling it cheap (at or a little below my cost)

    Caidan.ice,

I am thinking of going 30 days on the diet. Do I need to do a "day off" of injections once per week if I do 30 days (as opposed to 23 where you don't need to take a day off once per week.

The reason for the day off is so that you can go longer and lose more before hitting immunity. Dr. Simeon's experience was that much longer than 40 injections would lead to immunity (temporary). It does for some and not for others. Go figure.

Anyway, Its not really 'days' but injections. if you do 40 injecitons it works out to about 47 days or so if you take a day off, giving you an extra week of weight loss. Sometimes that last week is real slow, sometimes not.

Even on 23 day injections you could skip a day if you want to. It would just lengthen the time on P2, giving you more time to lose. But most dont, because they want to be done.

Wont 'hurt' your diet in anyway either way. There are some of us who have noticed that people who do longer rounds seem to have less issues stabilizing.

Is there a minimum number of days on P3 before you can continue back onto P2? If I did P2, took a my 72 hrs, then P3 for just a few days, would that be ok?

Still trying to decide if I want to break at 23 or not...kind of afraid I won't want to go back to P2! :o)

you really should go 6 weeks between rounds. 3 weeks of P3 followed by 3 weeks of P4. It is very important to stabilizing that you take the time off.
