    I am starting this diet this weekend. Going to do my 2 days of fat over the weekend then start VLCD on Sunday. I have been researching tons of sites trying to find out information. I would love these recipes! I will pay also pay it forward if someone could email to me at rsuggs132@aol.com

    My favorite P2 meals- I take about a quarter or more of an onion slice it thin & put it in a frying pan with some water & seasoning, then I slice my 100 grams of steak thin & add it to the pan once the onions are cooked a little. I make some salsa using tomatoe(as my fruit since I'm using onion as veggie) some more onion, cilantro,vinegar, and seasoning to taste. Poor it on top & call it a fagita! It's really good.
    Also I LOVE cooking my burger in a pan (rinse with water to get all fat out) add tomatoe chopped up (count as fruit) garlic powder & other seasonings, meanwhile cook shredded cabbage & steam some cabbage leaves. Add the burger to the shredded cabbage & roll in the leaves. Sooo good but becareful cause some people gain on the beef mixed with tomatoes. I also like a chicken asparagus soup. Boil lots of boneless skinless chicken breasts with water & add seasoning to broth to make it yummy. Remove all but 100 grams of chciken, cut up into bite size peices, add bite size peices of asparagus & let cook until tender. I season mine with tabasco & lots of ceyenne & garlic salt. You can eat alot of this & it fills you up nice. Those are my favorites :)

    Hi everyone! I'd love to have this recipe and protocol packet also. I'm on VLCD4 and down 7.5 pounds, YAY! But I can tell I'm going to get very bored with this food really soon. If somebody would foreward it to me, I'd appreciate it. LeeLee1263@earthlink.net
