Yes, you can exercise as long as you have been all along. I have continued to work out and I am doing fine. In fact, I feel much better on the days that I work out. Pay attention to how you are feeling though. I have some weak days and some strong. I have increased my yoga and weight training but have gone down on cardio because my heart rate was going up way to fast and it was wearing me out.

Interesting! I just hate cardio so i don't do it LOL Yoga can actually be strenuous as well as weight training so losingit is right, listen to your body.

Cool - I was going to the gym sometimes twice a day to loose weight but I decided that would be too much but once should be fine - yeah. I do things like spin and boot camp classes -yesterday I did notice that I got more tired then usual by the end of class. I agree with the protein. Have you been doing larger protein portions or adding a 3rd protein like breakfast?

I'm going through a clinic and was told no exercise the first two weeks. Then I can walk up to an hour a day after that. Also said resistance training one day a week, although I don't see what the point is.
