margie - I thought the same thing about being able to mix in the vials the hcg came in. There is no doubt now in my mind that the hunger issues I experienced were because of the change in volume.
We have seen a huge increase in major hunger issues recently. I don't know if that has to do with the new formula we've been telling people to use or not.
The only thing I know is that in 79 days of the vlcd over 3 rounds I never even came close to experiencing the kind of hunger I experienced when I switched to a .2ml dose. -
Following Along on all this so want to just add that the mix I used doing Russ's way seem to do the trick, and I beleive it is less volumn. Correct???
Linda, I also started the B12 injections with this cycle, could that have anything to cause a change???? I took my second B12 injection this morning, plus I drink a couple mugs of Elle's Yerbe Mate concoction!!!
