    I doubt it's the meat and tomato. I would suspect your body is catching up.

    had hoped to lose at least 20 by the 23 day mark...but its not looking like its gonna happen that way! i was losing no less than a pound a day up till a week ago and i guess the beef has really screwed things up for me

    LOL We'll disagree on it then. Hamburger and tomato is super common to cause a stall. And she eats a lot of it. Even a lot of beef by itself causes many to stall out. She's more than stalling, she's GAINING then losing. That's almost always caused by a food. That's why I asked her what she was eating. Just a stall and I would agree with you that it was her body just catching up but GAINING. Nope. :-(

    i had meatballs and tomato sauce for lunch...and taco salad for dinner!! UGH!!

    Behave yourself jenni....I have enough brats to contend with in my home...LOL

    Beef is okayfor some and not others.....I couldnt do it, but my daughter did okay with it.

    But everyone eventually slows down. You are doing great. I never set a goal of how much to lose each round, because we just cant control that.

    i know we cant control it...i was just losing soo much in the beginning, even after i thought my losses should slow down i hadnt planned on this....

    Oh dear, honey. LOL I would have taco salad about once every two weeks because I knew I would go up after. But sometimes I just had to have it. There is way more fat in ground beef than in chicken and fish, even in the lean beef.
