u can try it and see if it works for u. some do, some dont drink it. ive had a diet rite soda and had no affects but its not something i would do all the time.

Don't mean to crowd in on this discussion.
Crystal Light is not approved for this protocol. It has something else in it to do with Sugar. I think in the HCG Weight Loss Cure Guide, by Linda Prinster, it talks about Crystal Light.
Fonda, not to send you elsewhere, cuz I love this chat area, but on Facebook, YourHCG, has a good discussion Thread on drops etc. They sell the drops, and I do SubQ, but there are enough people that can probably answer your question on how long the drops last. -
well its day 2 of my 72 hrs b4 p3 and guess what? im up 1.9!!! i ate a pickle last night that was the only thing ive done different... what should i do? apple day? wait it out and do a steak day on my first official p3 day? this is so depressing and stressful
