    Sorry I missed this post, blue eyed girl. I'm on a compounded form of natural thyroid instead of Armour because I don't like the new formulation much. Naturthryoid is good too and if your doctor will give you a presciption you can order Efra from Canada. You don't take the levothyroxine with it. It had all the Ts in it. If you just can't get the natural, Cytomel, pure T3, works great too.
