sorry- Bake at 375 and if adding more chips and nuts they go on top after pouring in 9x13 pan. also have recipe for spiced nuts that are great. 1lb bag shelled nuts, 1 egg white, 2 packets splenda or own substitute, heaping 1/4 t. paprika, heaping 1/4 t cumin, 1/4 t cinnamon, 1/8 t salt. can adjust amounts to own taste. Heat oven to 400. Slightly beat egg white. Add seasonings and splenda. Toss in nuts. Coat well. Spread on cookie sheet. Bake approximately 6 min. When I doubled recipe I only used 3 packets splenda. guess I better get to bed. My brain is shutting down. change recipes to suit yourself.

I checked out that website and the white has malitol in it which I know we cant have in P3 but for P4 I'm just curious about all these sweeteners now - what exactly is malitol and how does it work in out bodies?

Another one I'm really curious about is rice maltodextrin - that seems to be in so many things like supplements

    Anyone have the answer?

forgot about the maltitol. I try not to get anything with maltodextrin but it's hard to avoid. just found it in my calcium pills but didn't take any of my vitamins while on P2. got new ones without it. I think it's a form of sugar but not sure. will have to look it up again.
