Grammy, I am R2VLCD1, after not stabilizing in P4. (not once getting back to LIW, flucuated +2-5lbs, depending on steak day, etc.) Last wk, on P4, we went on vaca, and I had a terrible attitude, eating what I wanted. So, now after load days, I am +9lbs from LIW; that is very discouraging, since it puts me only 9 lbs from my original start weight! Is there hope for success on R2? I didn't want to wait too long and keep on gaining, wanted to get back in the game and be responsible. Appreciate the posts so much!
