Do any of you feel up to writing down a daily menu list for me??? *pretty please* :) just an example of a daily list of food, approximate amounts and such. Everybody says "Eat a LOT" and I never ate that much to begin with. A LOT to me is probablky quite a bit less than what I should be eating still. I do so much better with amounts, just at least a visual.

    Ok, I'm on day 3 of P3 and here's what I had:
breakfast - 2 eggs, sugar + nitrate free sausage, cheese melted on top (fried in olive oil)
snack -- sugar free whey protein shake mix (chocolate) mixed with water and high fat plain yogurt
lunch - big serving (about a cup) meatloaf with no breadcrumbs in it, cup of salsa on top
snack - shirataki noodles (no calories), cooked chicken pieces, broth, many veggies. Total = 1.5 cups
dinner - meatloaf and salsa again, small salad
snack - 1 cup whipped cream, whipped up stiff with xylitol to sweeten, mixed with mashed strawberries thickened with konjac flour (no carbs). Yum!!! Better than ice cream.
snack - half a sugar free candy bar, this one might get me in trouble. Uses Malitol or some such non-calorie sugar alcohol.

Eating like this has been difficult because my GI tract seemed to be in shock the first day or two. I felt so full and things didn't seem to be moving through. I was worried because I gained a couple of pounds and, um, nothing was coming out. Bought some Smooth Move tea (they make a chocolate flavored one now) and that fixed things but it gave me stomach cramps for half a day. And every half hour I needed to be near a bathroom. Hopefully now everything will be normal. Not to be gross with this comment, but I bet it's a common problem coming out of P2.
