    Yes, per their label, serving size 3 capsules daily to get you the amount per serving listed. The LifeCaps are 100% value listed except for Vit C it is 427%. Slendercaps is mostly 100% or more except for a few like thiamin is only 95% and a few others that they adjusted, but Vit C is still 427% and D3 is 400%.
