caressa- if we're getting the right dose of hcg, supposedly we should not be hungry.

regarding the first week- it takes a good 3 days for the levels of hcg to get high enough in our bloodstream to zap our hunger- that's why Dr. S. says that we might be a bit hungry at first.

caressa.........Did you do a proper 'loading?' LOL I have trouble with that. I start my first load day tomorrow for rd. 3. We've heard over and over how important it is to really load up on fats. It does make a difference when you start vlcd's. Is your dosage right? What kind of hcg are you using. I do the homeopathic drops.

nanny27 - I think I loaded properly. I focused on high fatty proteins as opposed to sugars and carbs.
I ate as much as I could. I probably could have gotten more in but I got to one point where I was
    just done.

I am taking hhcg drops. They are HCG Plus from easyhealthzone.com. On my loading days, I took 15
drops 2x per day. I decided to change that up today on my vlcd1, and did 10 drops 3x today. I may see
if I need to increase that to 15 drops, 3x per day tomorrow if I feel hunger.

Since you are about to start R3, were you at all hungry your first week on the other rounds?
