Hi! I'm just starting P3 tomorrow and if anyone else has started P3 or is about to start i would love to have some buddies to share information, tips, tricks, etc.
also, any information or help given by those who have done p3 before would be appreciated as well!
yay! i'm so excited to have some buddies in here! :) i just made my food for tomorrow, what do you think?
breakfast: 2egg whites + 1 whole egg with spinach, tomato, avocado & green onion, americano with 2tbsp heavy cream snack: apple lunch: cobb salad (romaine lettuce, tomato, cucumber, grilled chicken, 2pc crumbled bacon, 1 hard boiled egg) with homemade ranch dressing snack: hard boiled egg dinner: 10oz steak with steamed veggies and of course 100oz of water :)
is this enough protein? i wanted to introduce as little dairy as possible to see how i react to eggs. but what is a significant enough gain for me to think that i have a sensitivity to eggs?
lol oncemore i just saw your post to me in the P3 lounge. i bought bacon that doesnt have sugar in the ingredients and it is low sodium. also, i made homemade ranch with homemade mayo (from a recipie i found on the forum) here is the recipie:
1 cup mayo 1/2 cup sour cream 1/2 teaspoon dried chives 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed (although, i would use 1/4 teaspoon of this) 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon onion powder 1/8 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
combine all ingredients and refrigerate for at least 30mins before serving
i havent tasted it yet but my mom did and said it was tasty!
Yay! I start p3 wednesday morning. I am dying!! I can't wait!! I am also super nervous though. Read tons of horror stories... yikes. Good luck everyone!!

I start p3 officially tomorrow. yesterday i was up a whole pound (for no reason) and today I was down that pound which doesnt really leave me any wiggle room. This is the weight I want to stay at which is really 2 pounds higher than my goal. So, I'm nervous to start. My LDW was only 1/2 pound higher
Yesterday my calories and protein were very very low and I havent felt well for about 2 weeks so I'm actually going to try to add some protein today. I usually make a smoothie for breakfast which is basically strawberries and today I'm going to add some whey protein - and I'm thinking of having 2 veggies, instead of one for lunch and dinner. I'll be clear this evening before bed so I am using eye cream and night cream before bed - I cant wait, my face is soo dry.
