    I'm on R1 D2 of VLCD. Doing OK with the hunger, but I feel very disoriented. Kinda with brain fog. Is this common and how long will it last?

    Marlage619 I did the same thing fealing like your thinking is not as sharp as it was I started taking my vitamine's after lunch and It is not as bad still some but fealing better try it .

    This is normal, it should pass. Your body is detoxing as well. Drink your water and you'll be over the first few days in no time. :)
