I am in the middle of P2 (VLCD). I am a male, 5'10", started at 224... 11 days in at 216... 9 Lbs in 11 total days since Injection 1. Can anyone comment on how normal, or abnormal these results are. I am competing with a guy at work, he has the idea that I'm an idiot for doing this method. we made a blog about it at w w w drugsvshardwork c o m Its fun, and I feel amazing great for eating a typical day @ 3K - 4K calories before I started.
Since my VLCD started, I eat the exact same thing each meal. Lunch: Chicken Breast, fresh spinach, and Balsamic vinegar, apple, Melba toast. Dinner: Chicken Breast, fresh spinach, and Balsamic vinegar, apple, Melba toast. :-) Yes it's the same thing. I am so bored that I could cry... So, I want to very a little, but I am scared to wreck this. However, if i can accelerate my weight loss through some change to diet I am open.
Let me know if you have any input or direction... I'm a player with no coach!
Hello Adam, Your results are perfectly normal and in the average but since you are a male you could be losing much more.
I can see two problems with your menu: 1) You shouldn't repeat the same protein or veggie the same day. 2) Balsamic vinegar has sugar.
To accelerate the weight loss: 1) Do not eat the Melba toast. 2) Drink lots of water (a minimum of 2 liters) 3) Drink a minimum of 2 cups of Green Tea. 4) Drink at least 1 cup of Yerba Mate Tea. 5) Sleep at least 8 hrs. (Best from 10 pm to 6 pm) 6) Eat your dinner 3 hours before going to bed. 7) Walk at a slow easy pace for 30 minutes. 8) Chew your food slowly and thoroughly.
