    I have eaten out at Mr. Goodcents and Chipotle. I got salads at both places. At Goodcents, I just got lettuce and onions(I know... mixing is off protocol) and oven roasted chicken breast. I didn't have my dressing with me, so I got their fat free ranch. The next morning I lost 1.6 lbs. I have been to Chipotle twice. The first time, I got a salad with adobo grilled chicken and that was it. I took my Walden Farms dressing. The next day I lost 0.7 lbs which brought me off of my gain from the day before! The second time, I was bad! lol I got the lettuce, tomatillo-red chili sauce, and the chili-corn salsa. I didn't need any dressing because of the sauce. It was DELICIOUS!! The next day I only lost 0.2.

    I have heard of people going to Five Guys Burgers & Fries and getting a plain burger and eating it without the bun. They probably add some veggies to it! But looking at their nutritional chart, I don't think I am going to go there until P3... Their Little Burger is 171 grams and 480 calories, and their regular burgers are 265 grams and 700 calories. YIKES!!

    I will have 2 places to go when I am almost done with this round of P2, so I will need to be very careful: Applebee's and Cici's pizza buffet. I am planning to order grilled chicken and veggies at Applebee's and just a salad at CiCi's!!

    Hello agin stephsullins so I seen you mention Walden Farms. I looked it up, I want it now! So you've used their products with no problem? I don't mind going a little off protocol if it means I can keep going. I was really concerned about eating on a trip in two weeks this sounds better than a protein shake, lol! Thanks for the tip. I was wondering if I was missing out on secrets I see I am.

    maddylover: I do use Walden Farms products, and I think it keeps me sane!! So far I like everything I have tried except for the peanut butter! You have to remember that this is off protocol, but I need some flavor and a little more variety! I don't like vinegar on my salad, I tried it, blech! So, I use the WF dressings. None of the products seem to make a difference in my weights, so I will continue to use them. The other thing is that they are sweetened with Splenda and a lot of people do NOT use Splenda at all. It doesn't bother me, so I use the products anyway. I think the benefits far outweigh risks(which would be cheating big time if I didn't have them!)

    I also use some of the Walden Farms Products. Some, like the peanut butter is horrible in my opinion. It is a nice change of taste and texture for the mouth. LOL

    I had to go to Applebee's today for a work lunch and I ordered the grilled tilapia with lime juice. It was very good! It came with black beans, but of course I didn't eat those. It helped me stay on protocol and like I said it tasted so good!! That's the only place I've eaten out so far, but I thought it might help you.

    I know that this is an old post, but just to let you know my husband and I went to dinner about 10 days in to shots, and I chose applebees, I got the chicken salad off the Weight Watchers menu with dressing on the side, killed more than half of it, dipping my fork in the dressing only when I wasn't eating the chicken with the veggies and lost 1.0 both days after. You can make a good choice. Not always what you want but it is what works : )

    I ate a chicken/poppyseed/strawberry salad at Paneras, asked them to hold the dressing and brought my own Walden Farms dressing and used it. Seemed to work fine.

    The other night we went to Wild Wings. Thought it would be tough, love wings, (I'm in my 1st week of phase 3). So instead I had their grilled chicken breast, marinated, with mushrooms. Had them leave off the bacon and cheese, and the rice and double up on the Broccoli. Worked great and completely satisfied.
