    That does sound yummy, but everyone is different and reacts to different foods. On my first P3 I would always gain a lb after eating it (even if it was just a few little pieces in a veggie mix) so, I feel your pain borntobething.....Now I just try to avoid it.

    I just found this recipe. What do you think P3 friendly?
    Brownies

    1/3 cup butter or non-dairy alternative
    1/2 cup cocoa powder
    6 eggs or substitute
    1 cup Sugar (can use stevia)
    1/2 tsp Vanilla
    1/2 cup coconut flour
