    Ok so I can Live without lotion... But I NEED deodorant!!!
    lol So Im wondering what kinds we can use?
    I've noticed some people using crystal deodorant or something like that, could anyone tell me a good place to gett his?

    I got crystal...and it does not last all day for me (probably only 1/2 day)...so I'm interested in hearing what other folks say here.

    I have been using secret aerosol, no issues with it at all. Usually I would use secret invisible solid, but that had skin conditions that were on the bad ingredient list.

    I've always used Secret Solid and never changed for this protocol.

    I've got the Crystal - got it at Walgreens, but I agree - doesn't last long. And I'm NOT a heavy sweater. lol

    I just used my regular deodorant. it is aluminum free though.

    i didnt, and i dyed my hair 2 days ago and used conditioner. im fine, but ill stay away from those little things that can cause a stall. I use chrystal right after i get out of the shower!

    mandi- no I don't think it bothered me at all as far as losing the weight. I also used my same lotion, toothpaste, hair spray, shampoo and conditioner etc. lost 15 lbs in 23 days.

    Secret Flawless Crystal Clear Gel is supposed to be legal. I plan on getting some tonight on my way home from work, as I noticed the one I'm using has castor oil and some other type of oil in it, besides the aluminum - ACK! But so far, it hasn't affected my loss, but I'm only on VLCD3 so it may become an issue later.
