    does it matter that it is the 23 day program not the 40?

    No, everyone is different and that wouldn't make a difference unless you decided to stop before 20 days.

    Help me please. I can't figure this dosage out. I had 11000 units mixed with 30 ml of water. I have been injecting .5 ml in thigh with 1/2 in needle. I am STARVING! Is this not enough?

    I assume you meant 10,000 iu. That's way low. It's only 166.6. I'd up it to .6 which is 200 iu.

    Thank you very much. I am only on day 5 & have lost 8 lbs, but didn't know how long I can handle this hunger.

    The hunger needs fixed because it means you're losing the wrong kind of fat. So up that dose!
