Exercise During hCG Diet P2….anyone Exercising?
My dr said not to exercise, but I would like to go on at least a 2.5 mile walk. I was walking 4 miles 3x a week prior to starting HCG. I was wondering if anyone else out there is exercising and a) feeling ok doing it and b) losing more because of it. I was actually curious as to how exercise affects the HCG program. -
hCG Diet: 8 Lbs Gain in One Day on P3 of hCG Diet. Help Me
Ok so I was down to 222.0 which is actually .4 below my liw. This was on mothers day morning. I ate like normal for breakfast. 3 eggs- half an avacado. 3 strips of turkey bacon and cheese I went to lunch at hu hot ( Mongolian BBQ grill)with the inlaws. -
hCG Diet: Excuses!
When it comes to weight loss, I am totally guilty of the worst excuses in the book about not getting it under control. After hitting 200 lbs last Fall and on the verge of having to buy a whole new wardrobe b/c nothing fit anymore (that is the WRONG kind of shopping spree!), finally decided I really needed to do something and I am so glad I found HCG. Of course when I was faced with the real possibility that I could actually lose some weight, I totally had these weird thoughts about how resentful of people I might be when I have lost the weight and people notice more than just my beautiful face and pretty hair, but I know that I am doing this for myself, and whatever follows will be icing on the cake :) Anyway, since I have started HCG I have only told a handful of people, most of them have been fairly supportive, but I have hear so many excuses it makes my head spin! One close friend that I work with has been really trying to lose weight by exercising (until she injured herself) and adding "healthy items" to her diet (without getting rid of the junk). She told me that she doesn't have the discipline that I have to stick to a no sugar/low fat 500 cal diet. I told another gal that I work with who really seemed interested at first (even though she doesn't have much to lose) so I gave her some info for her to look up on it, and then she didn't speak of it again... something must have weirded her out, lol -
Third Week on P3 of hCG Diet. . .feels Like Fat Is Slowing Coming Back! (especially at Waist)
I cannot wait to get back to a second round of HCG in 4 weeks. I really feel the weight creeping back around my mid-section. (That was the first place it came off). -

Yes, I excluded "Guys" on purpose. :) hehe It seems like this whole entire process is so much easier for them than it is us anyway so :P on that! I cussed and hated life all through P3 this time. I had a heck of a time stabilizing, I hated my cottage cheese legs, I hated the bloated feeling, ugh. Been on P4 for only 6 days now and WOW! What a difference. I'm actually tightening up and toning everywhere that I thought I never would -
