hCG Diet: Losing More Weight After P4
I'm wondering if anyone has finished the HCG round, gotten through P3 and P4 and then went on to lose a few pounds without injections. I'm going to need to lose another 10 pounds (I'm guessing I won't get there on this round) and would love to be able to go through maintenance and then do it on my own. Has anyone tried this? Any tips of how long I should maintain before I attempt to cut calories? I've worked so hard through this 40 day round that I do not want to undo any of what I've worked for. -
