Does a steak day work if done after the weight has been on a while? I am considering doing one today. My 6lb vacation gain is still holding on. I am definitely needing “strict dieting” as Dr. Simeons says to get it off, but not sure if I should start out the week with a steak day or just go high protein all week. Thanks!
