Hello! Sorry I’ve been M-I-A the last few days. Been a busy busy weekend. Today is VLCD8 and exactly 1 week since I started the VLCD. I am down 9.6! However, the last 2 days, the scale has not been as kind to me. Yesterday I lost 0, stayed the same. Today I lost .2. All week I have been losing nearly 1.4-1.6 a day with my biggest lost being 4.6 on the morning after my VLCD1

It’s normal to dump a lot of weight the first few days and then slow down to .5 to 1 lb a day so you are losing ALOT at 1.4- 1.6! Congrats!
I started the diet on June 13 and have lost 9.5 lbs but this last week have only lost half pound. Is this normal??? I have been measuring all meat, veggies and fruit and drink at minimum of 64 ozs (coffee, tea and water)… Does the weight stall???
