Hey everyone!! I am so happy to be off P2 (Phase 2)! At the same time though I am also very nervous. What is a normal weight gain on the hCG diet to expect? I know 2lbs= steak day. I'm afraid I might have over-indulged today. I'm going to list out what I ate today, and if you don't mind please tell me if you think of my hCG diet recipe and if I over-did it!
Breakfast: 2 poached eggs
1 soy sausage patty
1/2 grapefruit w/stevia sprinkle
Lunch: 1 packet of tuna in water w/ 1 teaspoon miracle whip and 1 teaspoon dill relish
Salad w light cheese, mushrooms and dressing made w/ dijon mustard, olive oil, lemon juice and pepper.
Dinner: Shirataki noodle alfredo (noodles, low fat cream cheese, low fat sour cream, low fat parm cheese)
A few cheese crackers I made from a recipe I saw on here dipped in guacamole
Snack before bed: 1/2 grapefruit w/ stevia sprinkle
It was soooo good! Thanks in advance for your help and opinions!
