Well, friends. This is what I ate yesterday: Breakfast: 1 Tangelo (orange) Lunch: Large salad including lettuce, tomato, avocado, black olives and ground beef Snacks: cocoa crack, fresh cherries with sugar free chocolate syrup (sweetened with Erythritol) Dinner: Ribeye steak, broccoli (it was left over, think it had some butter in it) Snack: Cup of hot chocolate (made with Almond Milk) This morning, I am UP .8lbs…..I’m totally frustrated. I made sure, between water, tea and the milk, I drank about 140 oz of fluid yesterday. I don’t get it. I’m still 5.8lbs over my LDW. So, friends, what now?????????????? BTW, this is day 21 of maintenance……
