Hi, its me "What the heck is wrong with me". You wanted me to do a "test" to see if I may be sensitive to wheat, so I ate wheat bread for 3 days. I had no sugar except xylitol for cinnamon almonds. After doing my hcg steak day, the next day I went down 2.4 lbs. The following day after wheat I was only up .2, the next day stayed the same, and the third day went up .4 lbs. So all together I gained .6 in 3 days of eating wheat. Does that mean I am not sensitive to wheat? And that it was just the cookies that made me jump 2 lbs? I will try to stay away from the double whammies, and make Elanas cookies. I start my next round next weekend, so I may have to indulge on my load days though. :)
