Help Starting p3 (phase 3 of hCG for hCG Diet Diet) – Don’t Understand!

Hi Guys and Gals I am in need of some help please but first let me explain my current position with my loss. I am 30 years old, about 45 days ago weighed 195Lbs and today my is 163.4Lbs and I couldn’t be happier, I feel great and look awesome, its been at least four years since I was this and all my old clothes that I spent good money on fit perfectly. Anyway, I finished my drops on Friday and I still lost for a couple more days and on Sunday I had a family BBQ so I ate homemade ground beef burgers (no buns) and ribs and had a great time but now I have to officially start and I just don’t know where to turn or start. Right now I am just not hungry but I guess that will pass in the coming days but I am finding it tough to know exactly what to eat or how to go about creating an menu. I understand no carbs or sugars which is fine but its knowing what else to eat and when that’s confusing me. This morning I used a little olive oil to make a three egg omelet with some mushrooms and onions and a piece of cheddar cheese melted into the middle, then for a snack an apple and tonight a piece of trout with peppers and snap peas with a little olive oil and drinking about 4 liters of along with all this in a day. How does that sound for a meal? Thanks all, this lifestyle change has been amazing, never in my life would I have thought in just over a month I could lose 30lbs….my only worry is keeping it off for p3 ( of for Diet Diet) and onwards!
