We’ve been recording our weigh-ins but we haven’t discussed lately how many inches we’ve lost so far on this hCG protocol. I lost 28.5 inches on R1 (43 days and 22.8lbs lighter) I lost 10.5 inches on R2 (31 days and 19.2lbs lighter) I lost 8.0 inches on R3 (38 days and 18.6lbs lighter) Wow…. a total loss of 47 inches! That’s a small person’s height!!! And 60.6lbs off. Yay!! How are the rest of you doing?
