Need help with a hCG Diet Dosage Question

Okay, I filled my 30ml bottle with 20 ml of bac water (I have 10,000 iu hCG) only to realize I should have done 19 because it was liquid and I completely forgot to drop it 1 ml. So since I already mixed, what would be my dose for for each amount? Normally I would do the following to get my hCG diet dosage. .25cc = 125iu HCG .30cc = 150iu HCG .35cc = 175iu HCG .40cc = 200iu HCG Also I ordered different syringes and it doesn't have the 10, 20 30 etc. Would I count the lines instead as it is marked 0.5, 1.0 etc. It's a 3ml syringe. thanks in advance!
