I'm an HCG diet virgin. After reading all about the HCG protocol, I decided to do the injections. I thought if I'm going to do this, I better do it the right. But, I'm a bit nervous about hcg injections. Does anyone have any advice on how to ease the nervousness and Pain. What about inject ease syringes, has anyone used those? Help!

It’s so easy, and doesn’t hurt at all! I watched some IM injection videos online cause I was nervous too, and that helped. But you just gotta do it. It really is no big deal, and well worth the results!!!
