New Year's Resolution: Lose the Weight with the hCG Diet

It’s New Year’s and time to set that New Year’s resolution to lose and feel great! What better way to start your new lifestyle than with the diet! Here are some tips to help you get started with your loss resolution!

1. The first step to losing in the new year is to set a realistic goal for yourself. If you are planning to use the diet to lose , your goal will be to lose a significant amount of but may also include leading a fitter, healthier lifestyle. Decide now what those goals will be.  Write them down on an eye catching piece of paper and place it somewhere you will see it often.

2. Set a numeric goal within a time frame to get yourself motivated enough to achieve your goal , but also set goals toward that new lifestyle; for example drinking a set amount of per day, cut back on sweets, or implementing a new exercise routine.

3. An example of a healthy new years resolution for loss: If you’re currently 80 pounds overweight, you can set a goal for yourself to lose a minimum of 3 pounds per week, (although, the average dieter loses 1 to 2 lbs per day) or set a numeric goal per month.

4. Now that you know exactly much you are going to lose, it is a good idea to start writing a loss journal. This will allow you to track your progress and your loss success.

5. Do not get discouraged.  If you hit a plateau, or are faced with an obstacle- do not give up.  In fact, plan for these, because chances are, they will happen.  Think of your loss as a journey and not an uninerrupted plan of attack.  Keep yourself motivated enough to follow the changes you’ve made to your lifestyle, no matter what interruptions come along.
