Hi I have been on hhCG for hCG Diet and on my R1P2D22 (hope I got this right). I have managed to lose about 16 pounds (7.5 kgs). I am quite happy with this, however I decided to go one more week before I start p3 (phase 3 of hCG for hCG Diet Diet). I have another 11 pounds to lose for my target but I think I will do a second round for that. I’ve been quite good so far…No cheating at all. I just love this diet, coz its divided in Phases, which is motivation factor enough for me to go on with it. I keep telling myself that this is only going to be for another 3 weeks, then we move on to bigger and better things…haha.. Funny how my world revolves around food
Now that I am almost at the end of P2 (Phase 2 hCG diet), I had a question about Phase 3…Am I allowed milk during this phase? I’ve seen some hCG for hCG Diet recipe books and they have used milk in some of the recipes. It just surprised me. I would really love to include milk in my diet…its my favourite food, but I don’t want to ruin the effort of P2 (Phase 2). So if Phase 3 is like Atkins, then definitely it should not have milk as a part of allowed foods. I am also skeptical (and scared) coz I have been on homeopathy so just don’t know how successful people have been to maintain the weight loss. Do we need to do something extra? Though I have mostly been a lurker on this site, I really love it here! Its good fun to read all the success stories
