Okay I am 3 weeks intoPhase 4 (P4) of my HCG Diet and am hating it. Feel like I am constantly doing high protein or steak days. And I have yet to eat pasta, bread, or cereal.
Saturday I was outside all day in the heat and my head and face got burned. It was 98 degrees. I thought I would be up the next day. I stayed the same.
Sunday, I wanted to eat something tasty and indulged in some cookies and licorice. On Monday I was up to 146.2. Still .4 away from being over the 2 lbs from LIW. So I decided to do a protein day.
I ate eggs for breakfast (they don't hurt me, and have helped before) 98% fat free turkey slices on lettuce for lunch, and a big steak sandwich for dinner from a steak place. It was a bit salty and alot of meat, but I ate it all. Had string cheese in between lunch and dinner. Drank green tea and water all day.
Woke up this morning and gained 1.6 lbs!! WHY? I am now 147.8, and have not been this high for 5 weeks during the shots.
Was trying to avoid a steak day and now HAVE to do one. I am 3.4 lbs over my LIW. I feel like living in Phase 3 (P3), and never enjoying a meal with my husband, or having anything I really like eating. And getting to the point where I am hating chicken and steak. Please give my advice.
