My 2nd protein day was not as successful as I’d hoped — only .2 lbs. I am still 3.6 lbs over LDW. I had a glass of wine with dinner — do you think that made the difference? Otherwise it was protein shakes w/almond milk, eggs, cheese, meat, and salad w/Ranch. Any ideas?
