Ok so I am seriously miserable right now! I have gotten down to 129 which is 3.2 pounds under where I was stable after my last round, but I am 8 days in and 5 days of VLCD. I am tired, weak, shaky, irritable, just serioulsy miserable! I am really wondering what will happen if I just quit now and try to maintain? I am close to my goal of 125 I would love to push it to 120 but I only had a .2 loss today and that also makes me just want to throw in the towel.
I am wondering if I quit now where my weight will stablize??
Will I just go back to my stable weight before the 8 days of hcg?
Will I go back to my load weight? YIKES!!
I really am thinking summer and everything and the slow losses are just messing with me mentally! But physically I am miserable. More so than my other rounds. Does anyone have any suggestions? Maybe after summer when my little ones are in school all day I will have my head more in the game??

Hi there I have a few friends who stopped as you are thinking of and they are fine. Their weight has been stable they have not gained. They eat the healthy fats avocado, olive oil and salad dressing and are very moderate on everything else. They have done this twice with same results. Also someone I know increased the meat to 4 to 4.5 oz and he continued to loose weight. It helped him feel better. Also having the suggested protien powder whey, and the vanilla flavor blended with 4 or 5 frozen strawberries helps a lot too and so many have still lost weight. another suggestion is watch the salt intake and red meats that can stall you and if you are not drinking enough water. Also if you like soda Sevia is a zero calorie zero carb no sugar soda that fills you up. It is sold in natural health food stores Hope that helps.
