Trying to Send a Privat Message on HCG Diet Forum

Hello everyone. I have been finished the hcg diet for a while and just wanted to touch base with a few people and see how they are doing but everytime I try and send a private message.... it indicates I have to enter a category but there is no place to enter a category?????? Can anyone help walk through this so I can send a message to some of my great supporters while I was going through the phases.
