Y’all have heard from me before. I am now on VLCD31 and I am still stuck. First I was stuck at 9 lbs for two weeks, in the middle. Finally, I got down 12 lbs and stayed there for 3 days. Sunday I had a Jay Robb whey shake with strawberries, then chicken and asparagus for dinner. Only one fruit, one veggie, no bread (have not had any of these!) and today I have gained 3 lbs! I am so close to day 40 and keep thinking, do I stick with it and see if there is any chance I can get any more weight off? Or quit, do the three days VLCD and start p3 (phase 3 of hCG for hCG Diet Diet)? I am 5’2″ and started at 153, now at 144 (Monday,) so it’s not like I am at 118 and whining about 3lbs! If I didn’t have a trip/wedding in August, I would stay on hCG for hCG Diet a very long round, since I’ve now learned hCG for hCG Diet from Celeste is homeopathic and that you don’t build an immunity to homeopathic. But I do have these two things in three weeks and want to be able to enjoy time with family and traveling. Has anyone else had a loss, though very slow, even in R1P2? I was so encouraged the first 10 days, becuz I was losing and thought I had finally found the answer. Since I am at 9-12 lbs lost in 30 days – I know, it’s still better than most other weight loss plans! – but seems like everyone else does much better! I swear I have not cheated….I do have shakes about once a week now (off protocol) and eggs twice. Those neither have seemed to affect my gains/losses until now. And I am like Grammy and am not sure the gain is from the shake yesterday, but something that affected me from Saturday or even Friday. I even stopped eating tomatoes for several days thinking that was causing a problem. Again nothing changed…if I’d dropped a pound or two….but I was at 12 lbs for three days. No change….! Does anyone else have similar stories????

Have you tried doing an Apple day? I’ve had ups and downs but never gained like that. I would do an Apple day and cut out the eggs and shakes.
for me i have to be VERY strict to lose weight. at first i didnt but after the first ten pounds i was stuck. So then i switched to all organic and then i started losing but found it was slow. then i took some laxatives because i wasnt haveing a bm. lost somemore after i did go to the bathroom when i lost another 10 pounds i was stuck for a week! then took some enemas and cut out the fruit and bread and finally broke my stall. !!! down about 2 more pounds. i think for some we have to be very strict. i have never cheated. i use baking soda for my hygiene . i drink tons of water too. i know it can be frusterating. sometimes i wanna give up and eat because it seems pointelless.. but look at EVERYTHING you are doing because ive came to realize that even the smallest thing could affect your weight loss.
