So today I enter into phase 3 foods I was soo siked about today coming now its here and although slightly hungry i have a bla feeling and dont feel like eating??? i had a small peice of cheese and some tea now i feel Icky…………:-( ps… i cannot remember the exact time i did my shot on my LID normally i did them around 10 am but that particular morning i had the cable guy here fixing my cable so i took it a little later probably around 11 or so does that matter where the 72 hrs is concerned ???

Although it is better to do your hCG Hormone Injections at the same time everyday – it shouldn’t make you feel like you are feeling right now. I hope you got through it okay…
