2 things happened to me in the last 24 hours after I prayed for relief. I finally went #2 after the strong coffee and today I am no longer having hunger pangs! 2 snaps for me! Next round I plan on eating like it’s going out of style on my load days. That should be a lesson to the newbies who are loading. VLD4 total loss 7.5lbs

I am on my 2nd week of the hcg diet. I lost 12lbs. I cheated with 3 pieces of a bite size snicker. How to I get back on the diet? Do I pick up where I left off or do I have to start over again?
