Liquid Amino Acids & Seasonings

When you are on the hCG protocol, you often are on a VLCD (Very Low Calorie Diet).  500 calories a day on the hCG diet protocol is sufficient to keep your body functioning since you are releasing fat, which will give you the needed energy to sustain your daily activities.  Of those 500 calories you receive about 2/3’s from your meat source the rest from your fruits and vegetable choices.

But, if you are a vegetarian and your protein sources are very limited and you want to make sure you are receiving the benefits of protein without cheating on the hCG diet.  Braggs Liquid Amino Acids will help your body get additional amino acids without adding calories to your hCG protocol.

Braggs Liquid Amino has 16 (Alanine, Arginine, Aspartic Acid, Glutamic Acid, Glycine, Histidine,, Isoleucine, Leucine, Methionine, Phynylalanine, Proline, Serine, Threonine, Tyrosine, Valine, Lysine) of the 20 amino acids needed by the body to build and repair muscle and tissue.  Great on salads and veggies, add in soups and dressings and you can add it to your current protein source.

Braggs also has an Organic Seasoning that is sodium free and contain most of the seasonings you would use anyway to spice up your dishes.   Rosemary, onion, garlic, thyme, red bell pepper, carrot, tomato, black pepper, basil, Bragg Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil (not significant amount to interfere with hCG diet), parsley, tarragon, lemon peel, orange peel, Bragg Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, celery seed, dill seed, oregano, savory, sage, ginger, coriander, bay leaf and turmeric.

Another seasoning Braggs offers is Sea Kelp Delight.  Sea Kelp Delight offers the very same ingredients as the Organic Seasoning with the addition of Kelp giving the Sea Kelp Delight additional amino acids and 19 mg of sodium per ¼ teaspoon serving.

By adding the  best hCG diet seasonings  like Braggs Liquid Amino, Organic Seasoning, or Sea Kelp Delight will add additional flavor to your hCG diet.  Some hCG diet recipes do call for Braggs in non-vegetarian dishes because it does add additional flavor to your hCG diet food.

While I have a background in nursing and nutrition, I also personally lost 88 lbs with the HCG Diet in 2002, and I kept it off for over 10 years. I am currently on a mission to lose 45 lbs of baby weight with HCG from Nu Image and Diet Doc. This diet changed my life, leading me to start the first Hcg Diet site: 15+ years later, 100 million visits, over a million pages, & countless lives changed… HDI has become the true highlight of my journey.
