SERMORELIN USE & DOSAGE
Sermorelin is available as subcutaneous injections only (under the skin, not in the muscle.)
Ideally, the injection is taken in the evening, to better blend with the body’s natural production of growth hormone.
The injection should be taken at least 30 minutes before or after eating, with the ideal recommended time, is 2 hours after dinner and not long before bed.
It is best not to eat within this time allotment, to avoid having food interfere with the body’s release of growth hormone.
Proper hydration is important, and avoiding foods with a high glycemic index, which can reduce the production of HGH.
