The diet recommends proteins and fiber foods like Miracle Noodles, whole foods you buy in the grocery store, as your main menu along with a lot of liquids. You are allowed to splurge on your favorite foods for the first 2 days, refereed to as hCG diet loading days, before starting this diet – those additional fats will help to provide you with energy, help reduce any carb withdrawal headache and kick start the program.
