  • HCG Diet Food List for Phase 2

    In 2002, I lost 88 lbs with the Hcg Diet, and another 45 lbs of baby weight in 2017 with Nu Image and Diet Doc. I kept the weight off, and transformed my life leading me to start the first Hcg Diet site: Hcgdietinfo.com. 10+ years later, 100 million visits, 2 million pages, countless lives changes… this has become the highlight of my Hcg Diet Journey.     This is a list of foods permitted to eat while doing Phase 2 (P2) of the HCG Diet.  Use this list as a quick reference when grocery shopping and preparing meals.  See also, HCG Diet Food Lists for a list of foods allowed on the original protocol, the NEW HCG Diet, and an Expanded Food List.


    The HCG Diet Food List Phase 2

    VEGETABLE Foods Allowed
    – Any kind of lettuce, spinach, beet greens, chard, cabbage
    – Any kind of onions
    – Any kind of tomatoes
    – Fennel
    – Cucumber
    – Radishes
    – Celery
    – Asparagus

    PROTEIN Foods Allowed
    Your meats/poultry cannot be cooked on the bone. All meats should be trimmed of all fat (and skin)
    – White Fish
    – Lobster
    – Crab
    – Shrimp
    – Extra Lean Beef (steak, 96% premium lean ground beef, pot roast)
    – Chicken

    FRUIT Allowed
    – Apples
    – Blue Berries, Blackberries or Strawberries
    – Lemons

    DRINK & OTHERS Allowed on the HCG Diet
    – Herbal Tea
    – Bottled Water
    – Melba Toast
    – Sugarless Gum
    – Stevia (natural sweetener, any flavor)
    – Braggs Liquid Amino (this is a soy sauce type of product)
    – Mustard
    – Apple Cider Vinegar
    – Any natural herb or spice, salt and pepper, garlic
