hey guys im still on Phase 2 (P2) but ive been on atkins before and i noticed that thats pretty much what Phase 3 (P3) is about… i searched the forum for alfredo sauce recipes and was surprised to see no one had any so i thought id share my atkins alfredo recipe… ^_^ pretty much everything is to taste i dont measure but heres what you need…

Heavy Whipping Cream
Cream Cheese
Parm Cheese

Hcg Diet 169

I pan fry the chicken separately with onions, garlic, salt and pepper… then in a seperate sauce pan i add the butter and heavy whipping cream till its hot enough to melt the cream cheese… then i add the cream cheese and parm… i add the cream cheese in little 1/2 cubes so its easier to melt… once all the cheese is melted and the sauce is a thick creamy consistency i pour the alfredo into the pan with the chicken and let that simmer for about 3-5 minutes…

its pretty simple and VERY fatty… but tastes sooooo good… of course you dont add the pasta but its a decent alternative… its like a chicken alfredo soup… hope this helps some P3ers and there cravings for pasta… enjoy
