Hcg Diet Salsa Recipe #1: HCG Diet Recipe for Salsa with Mexican Flare!
This recipe can be modified to taste and is acceptable on most protocols for phases 2 and 3 of the HCG diet.
Boil red tomatoes and one chili pepper. When tomatoes are soft, pull the skin off. Put the tomatoes and chili pepper in a blender with plenty of water and lots of salt. Vary the flavor using any of the following- garlic, stevia, cilantro, onion, thyme, oregano.
There are literally hundreds of variations for this and every Mexican Salsa starts here!
Can also add hamburger/sausage, Parmesan, mushrooms, etc to make an Italian sauce.

- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped well
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (more or less to taste)
- 1 (28-ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained well
- 1-2 Jalapeno chopped well (more or less to desired preference)
In a blender, pulse the onion, cilantro, lime juice, jalapeno, garlic and salt. Once desired texture is reached, add the drained tomatoes and pulse until combined.
