It is not a problem to take on the airplane. I have done it numerous times to NY and FL from San Francisco. It just needs to be 3 fluid ounces or less. Also, if you need to keep it cold, which I did -I carry a lunch bag on the plane that I am able to freeze ahead of time and it keeps everything I put in it cold. I carry my cooked chicken, apples, etc all in little baggies in it and I also left my HCG in a little baggy in it going through security and never had any problem. Safe travels. Joan

PS. Now I use the HHCG pellets and they don't have to be refrigerated so much easier.

I thought on your last dose day, u took a dose in the a.m. and then not anymore that day? Is tomorrow supposed to be your last dose weigh-in? I doubt u'll have a problem if it is in the little clear bag, with other toiletries. Not totally sure though. Hope someone else weighs in on this.

So far I've been able to add just about everything back without a hitch. My 1st flour product was a croissant and only 1/2 # gain that was gone next day. It seems alcohol and sugar really trips up stabilizing from what I've been reading in blogs. I've not had any trouble adding 80% dark chocolate though. Have not tried alcohol, plan on it week 3 of P4 with a glass of chardonnay.

Really though everyone is different but as long as you take it slow and not over do you'll be fine. Don't be afraid of fats and protein. I eat real butter on everything. And good cheeses....if you're going to Europe try a "Raclette" meal.

Congratulations and have fun on your shoot.
Thank you so much for the advise. I'm a little unclear though. So say first day I introduce eggs if I gain the next day do I omit them from being a option? Also did you just triple your calorie intake immediately with basically P2 foods? Cause wouldn't anything other then P2 foods when adding one new thing a day be confusing as to which food is the culperate in weight gain?

Good for u L:ynne, on a very successful round! U'll do fine, just follow Gina's advice above. U'll have access to a computer, so use the p3 forum for a lot of inspiration and advice. Way to go! Another hcg success story! Have a safe, productive trip!

I also take Advil for my TOM cramps and it has not caused me any issues.

Definitely take something. I take Advil p.m. every night, helps me sleep, and I have a little arthritis pain in one knee. I don't think it has affected my losses. Hope u feel better.

U're doing a great job Lynne. Like the pic, too. I don't know of a book about p3, but there are forum sites essentially devoted to P3 questions. U can use your search engine for those. The forums have so many p3 recipes, too. Lots of good advice there for segueing into that phase. It's largely, no sugars or starches--larger portions, fats, more veggies, some fruit, but not the real sugary ones. Look it up in the forums, so much there to read. Much guidance. When are u planning to be in p3? I'm conflicted about how long I'm going to stay in p2, myself. Glad u're not upset about "the break-up", life is about change, ya know?

I have been wondering if this ACV really does it. I used it my first round. I ll have to try it again. I have it, just don't do the cocktail. I found I stomached it better with a bit of stevia. What proportion do you guys recommend? ACV per water?

I put my acv in a shot glass and chase it with soda water. LOL

Couple of things you might want to try to goose it and you may already be doing and they may not apply. . . If you eat the grissini or melbas cut them, If eating apples eat them without peel, If you can stand it try to work in some Apple cider vinegar by Braggs. I've had bangin losses This week and the one thing I added was right before Bed I have about 12 oz of Lemonade, At least 1/2 of huge lemon juiced. (I buy HUGE lemons) and 1 Table spoon of Braggs ACV. Sweeten to taste with stevia drops. I can't say I really enjoy it but it's manageable.
You still have 20 DAYS left. No apple day until at least 4 days of stall. Do NOT panic, Do NOT lose faith!! Stay focused, Stay intent. Stress = weight. Relax.
Thanks you for your response. Not at a set point. I hear what your saying about an apple day. I don't know if a ping pong down and than up is better than waiting and just lossing. I'll try your Braggs suggestion and the lemonade. I cut out the melba days ago so that's not it. Pounds and inches are stalled so no change in 3 days. We'll see tomorrow and so on and so on and so on....thanks

I feel your pain! Today is my first day no drops and I had hoped to be out of this stall. I have been bouncing within 1.5 to 2 lbs of where I am now. 130. Looks like this round ends here. maybe it is a natural set point for you like I think it is for me. You still have 20 days so I'm sure you will reach your goal! Keep your head up girl you've got time!
